Inside the Box – NerdyPost {January}

Hello Friends!

January’s theme was StarWars! Alexis, the artistic mind behind this sub box, really out did herself on this one! I’m not a huge StarWars fan but I really loved all the items, the amount of detail in each piece shows that hours upon hours were spent planning and creating each item. Did I mention that each item is hand-lettered/drawn? Sometimes you can watch Alexis do her magic on her Instagram, @nerdy.post  These items are truly one of a kind.

So, with no further ado, let’s get into it!

Look at all this stuff! Clockwise from the top right: a DeathStar coaster, a double-sided fat bookmark featuring quotes from Han Solo (side A shown), a mini poster/info card, a double-sided bookmark (a NerdyPost staple – Yoda quote shown), a set of mini buttons, the NerdyPost post card (you can colour it!) and a Darth Vader sticker!

But wait! There’s more!!

Featured in the center is the mini poster that is in every box, isn’t it beautiful? In the top left the other side of the regular bookmark is shown (featuring the beloved Leia – RIP), the top right is the other side of the Han Solo fat bookmark. The adorable BB8 down in the right hand corner is a magnet! Lastly, but not the least, is a metal Darth Vader quote lapel pin! You may not be able to see the detail very well in the photo but there are little light sabers on it!

My Instagram has some close-ups of the magnet, sticker, coaster, lapel pin, mini pins and post card. Go check it out!

I’ve been a subscriber to NerdyPost for a couple of months now and have yet to be disappointed. If you like what you’ve seen from the January StarWars box, head on over to NerdyPost to subscribe to this wonderful fandom box!

Psst… February’s theme is “BBC Sherlock”!!

xx J
